Mushroom cream fricassee, fresh arugula, crumbled feta, balsamic drizzle

Served in pairs, prepared soft or medium. Each benny gets a toasted, buttered English muffin, finished with our house-made hollandaise. Accompanied by lemon truffle potatoes or a fresh mixed greens salad.
