So we built it.

Night Owl Kitchen + Bar is the result of years spent on both sides of the table, as guests, and then as operators. We took everything we loved about going out, everything we felt was missing, and brought it together into one experience.

A space where the food is refined, the drinks are crafted, and every detail from the lighting to the music is designed with intention.
